Ed Reyes and Lou Lopez |
Los Angeles Councilmember Ed P. Reyes has served on the Los Angeles City Council since April 2001. He represents
Council District 1 which has many of the neighborhoods he grew up in including Lincoln Heights and Cypress Park.
Mr. Reyes has obtain funds in which to transport residents of his district to various event, including the 'Old
Fort MacArthur Days' event in San Pedro. In the photo above, Ed Reyes receives from me an OFMD ribbon for
the support he gives to the Fort MacArthur Museum.

Lou Lopez (left) heads the Veterans Salute at the Harvest Fair of the Center for Individual
Development held in November in the City of San Bernardino, CA. The Harvest Fair was shut down due to cuts by the
City and County of San Bernardino.

Gene Curry is a Robert Duval look alike. He has turned many heads when people think they have seen him
in the movies. Gene has appeared at many 'living history' events throughout Southern California. In the
picture above, he joined me at the Rosemead Fourth of July Parade.
